Information We Collect

• Application details: your business name, your answers to the application questions, and the campaign source of the link you arrived through (for example, which ad or page sent you)
• Business information you share during strategy calls or service engagements
• Communications you send to us via email, SMS, or phone

Applications: When you submit the application, it is stored in AXEN’s CRM (customer relationship management) system and reviewed by our team. Bot protection (Vercel BotID) runs when you submit the application to help block automated submissions.

Contact form: Messages sent through the contact form are emailed to our team. They are not entered into the application process.

Our hosting provider may process technical information such as IP address and browser type to deliver the website and keep it secure. If you accept analytics, Google Analytics also collects usage information as described under Cookies and Tracking below.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Send you service updates, project communications, and follow-up about your inquiry

SMS Communications

Submitting the application or the contact form gives us permission to respond to your inquiry, including by phone or email. It does not by itself consent you to marketing text messages. We send SMS text messages only where you have agreed to receive them. Where you have, these messages may include:

• Appointment confirmations and reminders
• Project status updates
• Review requests following service delivery
• Referral program communications
• Follow-up messages related to your inquiry

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. For help, reply HELP or contact us at contact@axen-growth.com.

We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Cookies and Tracking

When you first visit, we ask whether you accept analytics. It is off unless you accept. If you accept, we load Google Analytics 4 on www.axen-growth.com to count visits and measure how people move through the site and the application. Google sets first-party cookies (such as _ga and _ga_2KXF0HCKT9) and receives the page address and title, a shortened referrer, your browser and device details and an approximate location derived from your IP address. We also record four application steps as events: started, a step completed (by number only), submitted successfully and submission failed (with a general error category). We never send your name, email, phone number, business name, answers or any CRM identifier to Google Analytics, and page addresses keep only standard campaign parameters. Advertising storage, advertising personalization and Google Signals are not used. If you reject analytics, nothing loads and no analytics cookies are set. Your choice is remembered in your browser’s local storage, and you can change it any time with “Analytics settings” in the footer or on the application page; withdrawing stops further collection and removes the analytics cookies. The application works the same whether you accept, reject or block analytics. Separately, when you arrive through a campaign link, the site keeps the campaign source in your browser session so it can be attached to your application if you submit one. Our hosting and bot-protection providers may also use technical cookies or similar mechanisms needed to deliver the site and protect forms. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Children’s Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

Mobile Information Sharing

AXEN Growth LLC will not share, sell, rent, or trade your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile information including phone numbers collected through our website forms is used solely to communicate with you regarding your inquiry or engagement with AXEN Growth services. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of opt-in data and consent records are kept confidential.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Our website is served over HTTPS with SSL encryption. Applications are stored in our CRM (GoHighLevel). While we take reasonable precautions, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
