We provide systems, strategy, and infrastructure. We do not provide legal, financial, or tax advice.


2. No Guarantees or Earnings Claims

AXEN Growth does not guarantee:

Revenue increases

Profitability

Lead volume

Conversion rates

Business success

Results depend on multiple factors outside our control, including your business model, market conditions, execution, responsiveness, and internal operations.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information

Maintain access to required platforms (CRM, email, ads, domains, phone numbers, etc.)

Use systems legally and ethically

Respond to leads and communications in a timely manner

AXEN is not responsible for lost opportunities caused by delayed responses, misconfiguration by the client, or misuse of systems.


4. Payments, Billing & Fees

All setup fees are non-refundable

Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis

Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination

Prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise

You authorize AXEN Growth to charge the payment method on file according to your selected plan.


5. Intellectual Property

All systems, workflows, automations, templates, copy, designs, and configurations created by AXEN Growth remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients receive a limited, non-transferable license to use delivered systems while services are active.

You may not resell, duplicate, or redistribute AXEN systems without written consent.


6. Third-Party Platforms

Our services may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., CRM providers, messaging services, AI tools, payment processors).

AXEN Growth is not responsible for outages, policy changes, pricing changes, or data handling by third-party platforms.


7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AXEN Growth shall not be liable for:

Loss of revenue or profits

Business interruption

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Data loss caused by third-party platforms

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.


8. Termination

AXEN Growth reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if:

These Terms are violated

Illegal or unethical activity is detected

Payments are not made

Clients may cancel according to their plan terms. No refunds are issued for completed setup or partial billing cycles.


9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.


10. GDPR & CCPA Notice

AXEN Growth complies with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR and CCPA.

You have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you

Request correction of inaccurate data

Request deletion of your data, subject to legal and contractual obligations
